Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be clear for individual learners and practical for private company training bookings.
Individual course bookings
Cancellation requests made at least 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a refund, less any clearly stated administration or payment processing costs.
Late cancellations
Requests made fewer than 14 days before the start date may be offered a transfer to a future cohort where available. Refunds are not guaranteed after course access or live sessions have started.
Private company cohorts
Private bookings may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or purchase order terms. Rescheduling is usually preferred where delivery dates need to change.
